The unapologetic, raw, unedited interpretation of living life. Each of us is the artist of our own life, constantly remolding, reworking, and roughing out the details and applying what we've learned to the changing canvas. There are no do-overs, no take backs...just rough cuts that release what lies inside us.

The Magnum Opus of an Artistic Leader

Magnum Opus: Noun// a great work especially the chief work of a writer or artist

Just as the artist focuses on the completion of his greatest work, the Artistic Leader must chisel away at a stone to release the potential of their followers, carefully revealing the value within each individual.  Great Artistic Leaders are focused on their life's work as well as all of the people and duties he fulfills are practice and preparation for the Great Work, her Magnum Opus.  It is with completeness of heart, mind, and soul that the Artist breathes and lives.  He sees the tapestry within the entangled mess of life's threads, broken dreams, and false hopes.  He sees the vision and lives for it. The work is not done, for when it is done, there is no more life. Rather, the Artist continues the pursuit and is in a constant state of living, focused on that which defines his being.

We benefit today from Artistic Leaders who sought their life's work and the exceptional world they helped to create while in their pursuit of Magnum Opus. What is your life's work, what is your Magnum Opus? What will you spend your life creating?

The world belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. -Eleanor Roosevelt
